By using WandaConnect you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using WandaConnect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
WandaConnect is a freelancing marketplace operated by the Greatmike Foundation, connecting clients with freelancers primarily in Cameroon and Africa. We act as an intermediary.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account security. You may not share credentials. Each person may maintain one account per user type.
Clients may browse and contact freelancers at no charge. By placing an order, clients agree to the service description, price, and package terms. Payment must be made before work begins.
Freelancers may create services at no cost. Services must accurately represent what will be delivered. Freelancers must deliver within the agreed timeframe and must not request off-platform payments.
WandaConnect charges a 5% commission on the value of each completed order, deducted from the freelancer's earnings. All payments are in XAF via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money.
All order payments are held in escrow by WandaConnect until delivery is approved by the client. Payment is released only after client approval. Auto-approval may occur after extended client non-response.
Either party may open a dispute through the order workspace. WandaConnect will review evidence from both parties. Our decision is final.
Prohibited: off-platform payments, fake reviews, impersonation, illegal services, harassment, fraud. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Upon full payment and order completion, the client receives ownership of delivered work unless otherwise agreed. WandaConnect retains all rights to the Platform itself.
WandaConnect is not liable for the quality of freelancer services, losses from disputes, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount held in escrow for the relevant order.
