Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

WandaConnect is operated by the Greatmike Foundation, based in Cameroon. For privacy questions: Contact Support.

2. Data We Collect

When you register: name, email, username, phone number, profile photo, location. When you use the Platform: messages, orders, transaction history, services, reviews, login timestamps. We do not store full payment credentials.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Platform, process payments, send notifications, resolve disputes, detect fraud, improve the Platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: the other party in an order (name, username, profile), Mobile Money providers (phone and amount for payment processing), and law enforcement when required by Cameroonian law.

5. Message Privacy

Messages are stored for the chat feature and dispute resolution. Our system flags messages containing contact details to prevent off-platform transactions.

6. Data Retention

Active account data retained while account exists. Transaction records retained 5 years. Account deletion anonymises personal data within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact us at support to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies (login sessions, CSRF protection). No tracking or advertising cookies.

We will notify you of significant changes by email or Platform notice.
