When is the 5% commission charged?
Only when an order is marked as completed and the client approves delivery. If an order is cancelled before delivery, no commission is charged.
Are there any other fees?
No. No listing fees, no subscription, no withdrawal fees. Just 5% on completed orders.
How does payment work?
Clients pay via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. Funds go into escrow held by WandaConnect. On order completion, the freelancer receives 95% of the payment.
What if the order is cancelled?
If cancelled before work begins, the client receives a full refund from escrow. No commission is deducted.
Will the commission rate change?
We will provide at least 30 days notice before any changes to our commission structure.
