When is the 5% fee charged?
The fee is only deducted when an order is completed and approved by the client. There are no charges for signing up, creating a profile, posting services, or having conversations.
Do clients pay any extra fees?
No. Clients pay exactly the price shown on the service page. The 5% commission is deducted from the freelancer's earnings — not added to the client's total.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
If an order is cancelled before delivery, the client receives a full refund. No commission is charged on cancelled orders.
Are there subscription or monthly fees?
No. WandaConnect has no monthly fees, no subscription plans, and no upfront costs. You only pay when you successfully complete an order.
How do I receive my earnings?
Once a client approves your delivery, your earnings (95% of the order value) are released from escrow and sent to your Mobile Money account.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your own prices for Basic, Standard, and Premium packages. You can also send custom offers to clients with any price you choose.
