Wandaconnect.com is a digital platform for both Freelancers and Physical Service Provider (PSP), where Customers or Buyers can take various services from the registered freelancer or PSP of the website. We offer you access to our services through our platform. Therefore, By accessing and using this Platform(website), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be lawfully bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference collectively, this Agreement. In case you do not agree with any of these terms, then please do use the Website. .

Wandaconnect.com act as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform for the Customers and Freelancer/PSP to interact with each other. The purpose of this Website is to offer a platform between the Customer and the freelancer?PSP to provide both digital and physical services.

We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. We may notify you of Changes by sending an email to the address identified in your Account or by posting a revised version of the Terms incorporating the Changes to our Website.

  1. Use of Personal Data

    Your unrelenting use of the Services ensuing notice of the Modifications (or posting of the Terms incorporating the Modifications in the event your email address is no longer lawful, is obstructed, or is otherwise not able to obtain the notice) will mean that you agree to the Changes. Such Modifications will apply prospectively beginning on the date, the Changes are posted to the Website.

  2. The Content & Frequency of our communication with you

    ·For automatically triggered email, SMS, and App push notifications We send you a confirmation email after you register with us, as well as service-related notifications as necessary. It is you all your risk and accountability towards reliability and quality. You represent that you have required permission to use the content.

TERMS OF USE AND OPERATIONAL POLICIES WANDACONNECT.

In this terms and conditions we at wandaconnect.com are the Administrators, and this term and condition expresses basically our relationship with our users and our customers, and most especially the customers who need maximum protection.

To The Users.

There are basically two kinds of user accounts we offer which are the freelancer account (for digital services) and the physical service provider account.

The Frelancer’s Account:

The freelancer is a provider of digital services and is considered directly related to the platform. Providing digital services is very critical as sellers and buyers do not meet. As such our platform will take every single measures to protect buyers from any form of scam or bad poor service delivery. As such you must agree to the following measures we take for the good of all the platform users.

  • To be come a freelancer you must first create a customer account and then apply. The admin will ask for necessary details which be include personal identification and verification and if convinced your account shall be converted from a customer account to a user account by the admins.
  • To protect the customer from fraudsters, all payments shall be collected only by the platform administration and only be released to freelancer after due approval of job satisfaction by the customer.
  • The platform management team shall deduct 5% of the freelancer’s earnings for the management and maintenance of the platform.
  • The admin shall be able to track every single conversation between customer and freelancer for the safety and fair judgment of both the freelancer and customer.
  • The freelancer shall never request to exchange any means of contact with customer be it telephone number, email or any form of information that will attempt to link freelancer and customers out of the platform.
  • Every conversation is expected to start and completed on our inbuilt chatting application system.
  • Should the admin be convinced that the freelancer attempt collecting payment or exchanging contact, such account shall be suspended indefinitely.
  • Payment to freelancers shall be done only on Saturdays of every week.
  • Should a customer complain of bad job delivery, the admin will have to verify the complaint and other details including conversation between freelancer and customer. Should the admins find the complaint valid, the freelancer may be given added time to finish the job else a complete refund shall be send back to the customer.
  • Freelancers must abide to all platform rules and regulations.
  • These rules and regulations are subject to update when need be without the permission of any freelancer.

The Physical Service Provider PSP

  • To become a freelancer you must first create a customer account and then apply. The admin will ask for necessary details which be include personal identification and verification and if convinced your account shall be converted from a customer account to a user account by the admins.
  • Due to the complexity of the dealings and the necessity for the two parties to meet, the PSP shall be allowed to meet and discuss business directly with customers.
  • PSP shall pay a monthly fee of 10,000 FRS for platform maintenance unfailingly.
  • PSP have the leverage to discuss with customers on our inbuilt chatting application or using their personal means of communication.
  • The admins are in no way in control of the decisions, payment and verification of any business transaction between the two party.
  • It is the right of the PSP to collect money for his service offered in any form and by any means necessary.
  • PSP’s contacts shall be displayed directly in the chat area for customers to get to them when deem necessary.
  • PSP must abide to all platform rules and regulations.
  • These rules and regulations are subject to update when need be without the permission of any PSP.

The Customer.

The customers here we refer to those who pay for services, be it physical or digital. The customers’ protection is our major concern reason why we have carried out all security measures possible to protect customers.

  • Customers must takeout time to read through the explanation for freelancers and PSP so they better under how our platform operates in each case.
  • While we have total control over payment and execution of digital services by freelancers, we have absolutely no control in over those providing physical services PSP.
  • We track every single conversation in the case of digital service and even act as moderator holding payment and ensuring work is complete before releasing money to freelancers.
  • As for PSP, we do not have any control and offer no warranty as there is always a need for both parties to meet.
  • Customers are strongly advice never to pay their money online without meeting with service provider. Get a service provider only in your area where you can meet and transact physically.
  • We offer only services and do not sell goods, so no one should ever sell good to you in the name of our platform.
  • Feel free to always contact support in case of any worries or doubts.
  • In case of any suspicious activity, accounts shall be temporally suspended for security checks and customer protection against hack.
  • The customer can post a job in case what you are looking for is not directly found our platform. The job will be displayed to all freelancer or PSP where applicable. Interested users will make an offer. The customer will see offer notification in the account and decide on the best offer to accept.
  • This platform is not liable for whatever transactions and payments that took place outside the platform.
  • In the case of the PSP, our job ends at linking customer with the service provider. The customer must follow every possible measures to protect his/herself in the course of any transaction between them as our manage has to leverage to monitor meetings between customers and PSP physically or outside our platform.

CUSTOMERS ROLE

A customer (buyer) agrees to a contract between him and a freelancer. wandaconnect.com is not involve in such contract. A support team may only step in when a dispute has been called upon.

Customers are not suppose to upload or publish any abusive content about a freelance on wandaconnect.con or elsewhere. Acts of disrespect and scandalous should be abolished.

Ensure you contact the freelancer from the wandaconnect.com website. Outside of wandaconnect.com website is not allowed and if as such then WandaConnect is not responsible for any lost.

All customers (buyers) are to pay the freelancer through the wanndaconnect.com website ONLY. Any other form of payment outside of wandaconnect.com is not allowed and if losses are being inquired then wandaconnect.com has no hand in it. Only after the customer has approve the job to be completed will wandaconnect.com pay the freelancer

All payments of services on this website is solely governed by our terms & conditions. As of now WandaConnect provides two solid payment methods.

Other upcoming payment methods include Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express Debit cards), PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer

SAFETY TIPS FOR CUSTOMERS

WandaConnect Tech Team work 22/7 to ensure the security of their customers and freelancers accounts. Customers may also put in their own security to ensure that their account is secured to the highest level. Try doing the following to secure your account.

  1. Never send money in any form to any freelancer (user) directly. All payments will pass through the wandaconnect.com website. Customers pay to WandaConnect and WandaConnect pays to the Freelancer only when the job is completed.
  2. You should never tell another person your personal information's (password, email).

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Total care should be taken while navigating through service as you might encounter external links to other website. WandaConnect should not be held accountable if you loose any data on such external links. Care should be taken when downloading files from such external link as they may carry other forms o viruses
